Michelle from Our Miracle sent me the link to Better Homes and Garden with the EXACT picture and a how to.
Apparently the wreath is made from carnations. Even the fake ones would be more than I want to pay to make three wreaths.
That being said, I was really excited when an email arrived in my inbox from Carol (let me know if you have a blog it wasn't linked in your email). It was a link to Spilled Again, she didn't actually make the wreaths, but her site lead me to Domestic Fluff.
Here is Domestic Fluff's version

Gorgeous, perfect, and cheap.
These wreaths are made from little circles of felt. It just so happens felt is on sale 30% off at Joanns this week. Project time!

I recieved a lot of links for coffee filter wreaths. Here is The Nesters version.

Beautiful, but I wasn't sure how to get the filters red.

carnations huh?! i guess i'm a good guesser!! lol i've been thinking about this wreath since you posted it...thanks for sharing the felt version!! i think a craft store run may be in my future this weekend!! haha
ReplyDeleteI like the felt wreath better than the coffee filter wreath. Thanks for sharing the links!

ReplyDeleteHere is a tutorial for how I did a red wreath based off of a few of the tutorials you had but I did them a little simpler. I was not about to cut out all those circles. Check it out ;)
