I know there are so many amazing blog parties out there.
I'd like to know where you party, when you party, and how you keep your party "invitations" organized?

I organize parties in my Bookmarks. There is a Blog Parties folder, and it contains folders for Monday through Saturday. When I find a new party that I might want to participate in, I add it to the correct day's folder. Then I decide which parties to link up to based on what I'm blogging about. I'm interested in seeing what others have to say...
ReplyDeleteWhen I make something that I'm proud of I like to show it at several parties all week long -- I know, "overkill", but I do. My favorite party, however, if Bobbypinsboardwalk Bragfest because she (me -- I) always stops by and lets me know she (me) appreciates my linking up... (haha) I would love to see you Wednesday, Fawn!

I am not organized, it is more like a fly by the seat of my pants kind of thing. I usually go to the blogs I follow and link up there. But I do like the idea of organization! My favorite is Frugalicious Friday, Jane is super sweet and I love that she makes comments and then DIY Showoff Project Parade is also fun!
ReplyDeleteI'm not very organized about it I must say. I have a little list of weekly parties as a widget on my blog (mostly so it'll be easy for me to find when I need it but also for my readers if they're interested). And so whenever I finish a post I check to see what party is going on that day and enter it. If I remember and have time I might enter a few more throughout the week (I usually only do one post per week). My favorite parties are Funky Junk's Saturday night special and Shanty2Chic's monthly. But I'll enter random parties I come across while reading other blogs as well. Not very organized as I said :)
